Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions
1.1 Conditions: The delivery and payment conditions which are applicable on all sales through Ummu DOGA BEAUTY LASHES You agree to these conditions when you place an order;
1.2 Company: Ummu DOGA BEAUTY LASHES is a trademark of Ummu DOGA BEAUTY SALON and is an online store on which lashes (mink,silk and syntetic) and related articles are offered by "distance selling" to consumers and bussinesses;
1.3 Consumer: a natural person or company who enters into a contract with the company;
1.4 Agreement: a distance contract between the company and consumers.

Article 2. Applicability
2.1 These conditions apply to every offer of Ummu DOGA BEAUTY LASHES and any agreement reached on distance between businesses and consumers;
2.2 The conditions apply on all offers, orders and agreements via the website UMMUDOGA.COM;
2.3 Before the agreement is concluded, these conditions are made available through our website. Accepting an offer or placing an order means that these conditions are accepted;
2.4 The provisions in these conditions can be waived only in writing. If any part of these conditions is waived, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force. No rights for future transactions can be derived on agreed deviations.
2.5 Unless otherwise agreed, the general or specific terms or conditions of third parties are not recognized by Ummu DOGA BEAUTY LASHES.

Article 3. Agreements
3.1 An agreement is only concluded after acceptance of your order by Ummu DOGA BEAUTY LASHES. Ummu DOGA BEAUTY LASHES is entitled to refuse orders or to attach certain conditions to the delivery, unless otherwise expressly provided. If an order is not accepted, this will be communicated within five (5) days after receipt of the order citing reasons.

Article 4. Prices
4.1 All offers of Ummu DOGA BEAUTY LASHES are not binding. Ummu DOGA BEAUTY LASHES expressly reserves the right to change prices, especially under (legal) regulations.
4.2 The prices for the products are expressed in EUROs, including VAT (if applicable). Shipping costs are (unless stated otherwise) not included in these prices. Before the conclusion of the agreement, the total price is communicated through our website.
4.3 For shipments within the Netherlands, shipping costs are calculated.
4.4 No shipping costs are calculated for order above EUR 70.
4.5 The contribution to the costs of shipping and insurance for customers in countries other than the Netherlands depends on the country. A country by country overview of these charges can be found on our website.
4.6 Ummu DOGA BEAUTY LASHES can not be held responsible for price indications that are incorrect as a result typos. Incorrect pricing information is not legally binding.

Article 5. Payments
5.1 Payment is always made in advance.
5.2 Payment can be done in various ways as listed below under a and b and as shown during the ordering process. Further conditions may be applicable to a consumers payment and order. After placing an order, the consumers will receive a confirmation e-mail with an indication of the total cost.
a) Payment by using iDeal: If you use online banking at Rabobank, ABN Amro, SNS Bank, ASN BANK, BUNQ, KNAB, TRIODOSBANK OF LANSCHOT, REGIONS BANK or ING (Postbank), you can make your order through our site in a safe way. An electronic payment via the internet is similar to a PIN payment in a shop. After placing your order, you choose the payment method iDeal. A window will appear in which you can choose the bank. Follow the procedure you used to pay via internet banking. In principle, the payment will be processed the same day. For more information, please refer to the website of iDeal.
b) Payment by using credit card (VISA and Mastercard). Your payment will be authorized online, so that you know whether it is approved or not. No additional charges for credit card payments apply. 
5.3 In the event of bankruptcy or receivership of the consumer (or a request to do so), the claims of Ummu DOGA BEAUTY LASHES be immediately due and payable.

5.5 If Ummu DOGA BEAUTY LASHES must give its claim for collection, the consumer is obliged to pay a fixed amount of 15% of the extrajudicial collection costs. If Ummu DOGA BEAUTY LASHES may prove necessary to have incurred higher costs, then these will also be borne by the consumer.

Article 6. Delivery
6.1 All items in the online shop are in stock. Unfortunately, it can happen that an item is unexpectedly no longer available. In that case, we will inform the consumer as soon as possible. 
6.2 Ummu DOGA BEAUTY LASHES strives to ship all orders within 1-2 business days after receiving the payment. This is done by PostNL to the delivery address specified in the order. Should the delivery time differ, consumers will informed thereof. An order will, in principle, always be sent within 1-2 business days after receiving the payment.
6.3 Failure of the said delivery time gives the consumer no right to compensation, termination of the contract or the breach of any obligation imposed on him from this or any other agreement associated.
6.4 The order must be delivered no later than 30 days after the contract with the consumer. If it is not possible to deliver an order within 30 days, the consumer is informed about this and he has the right to cancel the order free of charge. In that case, Ummu DOGA BEAUTY LASHES ensure repayment. This does not apply if the parties have agreed another delivery time. 
6.6 The supply obligation of Ummu DOGA BEAUTY LASHES will be finished once the delivery is made.
6.7 In case of refusal or failure to pick up the available, the supply will return and freight and storage costs including the risk of damage or destruction of the consignment is to be borne by the consumer.
6.8 Products offered are clearly and truthfully described as reasonably required. However, it is possible that color, type, text and/or price change are mentioned.
