Returns

It can happen that you want to send an order back. Perhaps because the product do not like or maybe there is another reason why the order would still want to have. Whatever the reason is, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

You have canceled again after 14 days to send your product back. You will then be credited with the total amount, including shipping. Only the costs for returning home to shop for their own account. These costs amount to approximately € 3.95 per pack, check for exact rates from your carrier's website. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories and will - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging to the entrepreneur are returned. We will then order amount owed refund within 14 days after registration of your return provided that the product has been received in good order return.

Accidentally given the wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We try then to change for your order.

Delivery & shipping

We do our best to carefully deliver the order as soon as possible with you. Orders placed on weekdays before 16:00, we are trying to dispatch the same day. Not always successful, however us to fulfill this, some products are not available, then the delivery of your order may take longer. Should we for some reason do not get this delivery, we bring you here of course as soon as possible informed.

The prices quoted do not include shipping. Free shipping in Netherlands on orders over € 70, -

Delivery is via the package delivering [TNT]. In general, the delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we can not guarantee the time of delivery.
